Single tank unit. We also sell Margarita, Strawberry Daiquiri, Pina Colada, Cherry, and Blue Raspberry mixes. Each tank makes approx. 2-1/2 gallons of slush.

To make 2-1/2 gallon batch of slush: Bring the contents of the mix(1/2 gallon) plus 2 gallons of water together. If adding liquor, substitute some liquor for the water. 1/4 to 1/3 gallon of liquor(750ml~1.75L) is about right.
